O-live houses is led by Ahmet Berk who is one of the reputable architects of Bodrum and Turkey. Berk has a style aiming at creating volumes which are compatible with traditional Bodrum architecture. While designing the houses, as a result of care shown by him for relations between internal and external areas, comfortable and freely used spaces were created. It was envisaged that the external spaces would be used at least as much as the level of use of internal spaces by means of landscaping of areas around the balconies which are accessed through broad doors.
Nilgün Çangır, civil engineer having prepared the statical projects and Tayga Mühendislik (Engineering) having prepared the installation projects and Protem Mühendislik (Engineering) having prepared the electricity projects and Turan Özbey having arranged the map and application studies are all experienced entities who have completed many projects on the Bodrum Peninsula. |
