O-live houses consist of totally 8 houses-11 residences that are located on Gölkır area which is within the boundaries of municipality of Göltürkbükü and which were established on land of 4,500 square meters and located in a manner to have sea view. There are olive trees, pine and almond trees within the land. While the houses were located on the land, care was shown for protection of these trees and ensuring that each house is allowed to be next to at least one big olive tree.
